From Iwaki to Farsund;)

Well well well….
Once again God has surprised me☺
I moved to Oslo in July and was ready to enter university in August to study “Japanese”, I just thought it was the smartest thing to do after all these years….but once again I was wrong…he,he
Now for some reason I live in a little village south in Norway for the next 6 weeks. It´s crazy. I work for a German thriller that´s going to be shot here the next month. And I am in charge of the casting for the extras.
I kind of like working as a director, and I love working with props, camera, production assistent and so on, but haven´t really thought about working with extras…but I guess someone else did. I am glad I´m not my own boss;)
I feel that I´m right were I am supposed to be.
Well I´m gonna give you guyes the crazy story…

My grandmother is 96 years old and need a little more visits than before, so a few months ago, my mother insisted to start rent an apartment here at this place. We(the rest of the family) first thought it was to much luxary in the beginning, but my mother came in contact with this lady who had the perfect apartment, and to a very good price and she rented it!
Then my mother also had this mobile phone that broke all the time, and every time she went to the operator with it, they just gave her one to borrow and tried to fix it….and every time she got it back…it broke, over and over again...
One day she was fed up with it and found a special deal that if she bought a new mobile ,she got a bike together with it..and she bought the mobile and got a bike…

Earlier 5 hours away the same day, I had just borrowed my flatmates bike…and after I got back I looked up to God and said ”Jesus, I need a bike!!!”
Then for some reason (don´t remember what reason) I was talking on the phone with my mother, and she told me about the deal she had done with the phone and bike….
And in the next moment, I had a bike…he,he…

And then she finally got a new mobile phone after all, when they finally realised that they couldn’t´ fix it…
So then my mother had a phone she not really needed.

And now as I got this job here. The apartment was waiting for me, I needed a phone I could use for my work…and my mother had an extra. I can go shopping for my grandmother and spend more time with her, and the rest of our family that lives here. And I get nice dinners too;)
The co-workers are great and I really enjoy being here.
The apartment is a chapter for itself…just wait till you see the pictures…

I somehow feel this is my new “Iwaki,” haha, new people to get to know to ask them if they want to join the movie as extras. I have to be outgoing, it´s my job, but it´s also ME. It just comes naturally. I love meeting new peopl, it makes me happy and now it makes up for my living. Wow what a deal. I can go around smiling all day to all this people. And I somehow feel like I did in Iwaki, that I all of a sudden find this city so interesting…
Gods way is amazing. I love it!
